The ARTEMIS 3 ECO gas water grill is the largest solution in the ECO series, designed for catering businesses requiring a large grilling surface with an emphasis on fuel economy. Constructed from stainless steel, it features three independent gas burners with a total output of 13.5 kW, ensuring uniform heat distribution across the wide 1140x470mm cooking surface via specialized stainless steel diffusers. The integrated triple stainless steel water drawer at the base acts as an efficient grease collector, preventing fat ignition and drastically reducing smoke and odors. Water evaporation during operation keeps the grilled food succulent, delivering excellent flavor results. The unit includes safety valves with thermocouples, piezo ignition, and is fully adjustable for LPG or Natural Gas operation.
