The F1001 Professional Double Electric Fryer is the ideal solution for restaurants, hotels, taverns, fast food outlets and professional kitchens requiring high productivity and the ability to fry different foods simultaneously. Manufactured in Greece by Tzelepis Th. & Co., it is constructed entirely from AISI 430 stainless steel, ensuring outstanding durability and easy cleaning. It features two independent 6-8 litre oil tanks, two powerful 3800W heating elements (total power 7600W) operating on 230V. Each tank is equipped with an adjustable thermostat (50°C–200°C) and a 240°C safety thermostat, while the two ¾" drain taps allow fast and safe oil drainage. The fryer also includes two frying baskets with heat-resistant handles, stainless steel lids and removable electrical control boxes for easy cleaning and maintenance, delivering consistent professional frying performance.
