The ARTEMIS 1 ECO gas water grill is the cost-effective and efficient solution of the series for smaller catering establishments, offering excellent grilling quality with lower energy consumption. Constructed from stainless steel, it features a powerful gas burner with a 4.5 kW output, providing uniform heat across the 360x470mm cooking surface via specialized diffusers. The integrated stainless steel water drawer at the base acts as a grease collector, preventing fat ignition and drastically reducing smoke and odors, while water evaporation keeps the food succulent. The unit is equipped with a safety valve (thermocouple), piezo ignition, and is suitable for LPG or Natural Gas operation, making it the ideal choice for snack bars and small restaurants.
