This double sided ceramic water whetstone offers excellent sharpening performance as well as significant dulling of your knife blade in no time. It has 2 sharpening sides, one with a hard surface (orange – 240) and a fine surface (blue – 800). Each has a different use. The hard surface of the stone is used for very worn knives or for repairing knives damaged by hard use, while the fine surface of the stone can be used for regular maintenance of your knives or to get a perfect polishing result, after the sharpening.
