The Potis GD3/S LPG gas gyro is a high-spec professional device designed for even cooking of up to 40 kilograms of meat in environments with continuous LPG operation. It is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel and equipped with three double infrared burners with ceramic plates, delivering a total thermal power of 10.5 kW. The motor is positioned on top for maximum protection from fats and high temperatures, while the device features independent flame control switches for each burner, allowing precise control of consumption. The design includes a reinforced spit measuring 695 mm in length and a removable octagonal drip tray for fat collection, ensuring easy compliance with hygiene regulations and quick cleaning.
