The Potis GD4/S gas gyro with motor below (MU) is a high-power professional device designed for even cooking of up to 70 kilograms of meat. It is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel and features four double infrared burners with ceramic plates, delivering a total thermal power of 14.0 kW.
This specific design, with the motor positioned at the base, allows easier access to the top of the device and facilitates spit handling in certain kitchen layouts. The device includes independent flame control switches for each burner, a reinforced spit measuring 880 mm in length, and a removable octagonal drip tray (510x550 mm) for immediate and effective cleaning.
