The Potis GD1/S LPG gas gyro is the most compact model in the series, ideal for small food service shops, food trucks, or spaces with limited countertop area. Despite its small size, it is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel and features a double infrared burner with ceramic plates, delivering a thermal power of 3.5 kW. The device allows for even cooking of up to 10 kilograms of meat and has the motor positioned on top for complete protection from fats and heat. It includes an independent flame control switch, a reinforced spit measuring 320 mm in length, and a removable octagonal drip tray for fat collection, ensuring easy compliance with hygiene standards and quick cleaning.
