The Potis MU GD3/S gas gyros grill is a high-specification professional appliance designed for the uniform roasting of up to 40 kg of meat, featuring a bottom-mounted motor (MU - Motor Under). Constructed from premium AISI 304 stainless steel, it is equipped with three double infrared burners with ceramic plates, delivering a total thermal output of 10.5 kW. The bottom-motor design is ideal for kitchens with height restrictions or where clear access to the top of the spit is preferred. The unit features independent control valves for each burner, a reinforced 695mm spit, and a removable octagonal fat collection tray, ensuring easy maintenance and excellent hygiene standards.
