The temperature is controlled by an adjustable thermostat and can be set from 50°C to 320°C to achieve the desired cooking result. The appliance is equipped with a safety thermostat for additional protection against overheating. The lower section of the appliance is thermally isolated from the lower cooking plate to prevent excessive heat from reaching the electrical components, ensuring greater reliability and longer service life. It also features a removable grease collection tray for quick and easy removal of cooking residues. The grill requires approximately 8 to 10 minutes to heat up from room temperature.
