The ARTEMIS 2 heavy-duty gas water grill is an exceptionally robust professional appliance designed to meet high-volume roasting demands in restaurants and grill-houses. It is constructed entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel and features two independent grilling zones powered by high-output gas burners with a total power of 18.0 kW. The burners heat specialized stainless steel diffusers (V-profile) ensuring uniform heat distribution across the 760x470mm cooking surface, while the double stainless steel water drawer at the base acts as an efficient grease collector. Water evaporation prevents food from drying out and eliminates smoke and odors, delivering a flavor profile similar to charcoal grilling. The unit is equipped with safety valves and thermocouples, piezo ignition, and is fully adjustable for LPG or Natural Gas operation.
