The ARTEMIS 3 heavy-duty gas water grill is the largest and most powerful model in the series, designed as an exceptionally robust professional appliance for high-volume commercial kitchens. It is constructed entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel and features three independent grilling zones powered by high-output gas burners with a total power of 27.0 kW. The burners heat specialized stainless steel diffusers (V-profile) ensuring uniform heat distribution across the massive 1140x470mm cooking surface, while the three independent stainless steel water drawers at the base act as efficient grease collectors. Water evaporation prevents food from drying out, keeping it succulent, and eliminates smoke and odors, delivering a flavor profile similar to charcoal grilling. The unit is equipped with safety valves and thermocouples, piezo ignition, and is fully adjustable for LPG or Natural Gas operation.
